Waste storage rooms

In apartment buildings there are waste storage rooms which must be cleaned and sanitized periodically.

For this purpose, it is possible to use Santoemma professional machines able to perform quickly a deep cleaning and a complete sanitization of the areas.

With a manual gun it is possible to cover all the surfaces with a cleaning and sanitizing chemical product, sprayed as a liquid solution or as foam. The chemical acts few minutes and then is rinsed at controlled pressure, thus removing completely dirt and bacteria and eliminating the cause of bad smells.

Using specific accessories, with the same machines it is also possible to perform a quick-sanitization of these areas thanks to the Santoemma turbo-nebulization@50micron system. With this system it is possible to deliver a mixture of air and very fine particles of pure sanitizing product, deep up to 4-5 meters. By directing the jet appropriately, it can easily reach every point in the room and saturate small rooms quickly and evenly.

By using the vacuuming models, it is possible to completely remove the residual liquid from the floor, leaving the areas perfectly dry.
