SW15-HOT-FOAM-LIGHT is the ideal machine for cleaning upholstery with a short drying time. This machine, patented by Santoemma,  sprays the fabric to be cleaned with a special hot dense foam, which after a few seconds is vacuumed, recovering the dirt. The Santoemma high waterlift vacuum system allows for excellent cleaning results and a very short drying time. 

Hot dense foam is more effective than room temperature foam and ensures an even shorter drying time. The foam is heated instantly when the machine is switched on.

Unlike a solution of water and detergent or a liquid foam, Santoemma's hot dense foam does not penetrate too deeply in the fabrics and therefore allows for an extremely short drying time: upholstered fabrics are dry in about 15 minutes.

Unlike "dry foam," dense foam does not stay on the surface of fabrics, but penetrates a few millimeters into the layer where dirt is deposited. This gives a very effective cleaning result.

SW15-HOT-FOAM LIGHT does not contain a compressor for the production of the compressed air which is necessary to create foam. Compressed air is obtained by an external compressor. SW15-HOT-FOAM LIGHT is therefore smaller, lighter and cheaper than SW15-HOT-FOAM.

This model can also work as a normal hot injection-extraction machine.

Turbo-nebulization@50micron  

In addition, Santoemma dense foam extraction models can be equipped with the special gun for turbo-nebulization@50micron to  to completely sanitize the passenger compartment after interior cleaning . With this gun it is possible to deliver a mixture of air and very fine particles of pure sanitizing product with a diameter of only 50micron.

Their small size allows the particles to remain in suspension in the sanitizing air jet, which can reach points 4 meters away from the operator. By directing the jet appropriately, it can easily reach every point in the room and saturate small rooms quickly and evenly. 

With turbo-nebulization@50micron, the particles wet surfaces very little, leaving them only slightly damp for a few minutes. The sanitizing particles are nebulized into the passenger compartment, saturating it, and reaching even the most difficult to reach places, including air conditioning ducts. The car is ready to use immediately after the sanitizing treatment.

The innovative accessory for the turbo nebulization@50micron allows you to use a single Santoemma machine for both operations:

• Cleaning and sanitizing the surfaces, with the dense foam extraction system
• Sanitizing completely the car interiors, by nebulizing a sanitizing chemical.

The two operations can be performed with the most appropriate frequency, according to the specific needs.

Dry fog@7micron

Santoemma dense foam extractors can be equipped with an optional device for generating dry fog@7micron. This system allows you to carry out the complete sanitization of vehicle interiors without wetting the surfaces. Therefore it is ideal for ambulances and emergency vehicles.

With the Kit for dry fog@7micron it is possible to quickly sanitize interiors of large vehicles, such as trucks, coaches, trams, buses, shuttles, subways cars.

The dry fog is dispensed long enough to completely fill the interiors and then left to act for a few minutes after saturation in order to perform its sanitizing action.

The machine is left out of the vehicle. Only the chemical tank with the dry fog dispenser are placed inside and they are connected to the machine through a 10-meter hose. The whole interior can be saturated in a few minutes with no need for the operator to stay inside.
