multiple advantages in carpet cleaning.
SMARTKIT enables automatic dosing of the detergent during
carpet cleaning, ensuring proper concentration and eliminating dilution
operations that are normally carried out by the operator.
In addition, using the specific gun and hose, it is possible
to pre-spray the carpet before cleaning. The operator sprays a concentrated
solution onto the surface to deliver the appropriate amount of chemical without
getting the carpet too wet. The solution is left to act for a few minutes to
soften the dirt.
The prolonged action of the chemical facilitates the
subsequent removal of dirt from the fibers, enabling better cleaning results
and speeding up cleaning operations.
Finally, with SMARTKIT it is also possible to carry out
carpet rinsing, removing all chemical residue from the fibers, in a very simple
way: by turning a lever, the machine will not spray a solution of water and
detergent, but only clean water.

SMARTKIT automatically uses the
correct amount of detergent for pre-spray and injection-extraction
carpet cleaning with chemical.
With the automatic chemical
dosing system, it is no longer necessary to calculate the amount of chemical to
be added to the tank depending on the tank capacity and desired
concentration.
While normally a certain amount
of chemical is wasted after cleaning along with the residual water in the
solution tank, with SMARTKIT there is no waste since the pure detergent always
remains in its tank.
Carpet pre-spray helps achieve
better cleaning results and speed up subsequent cleaning since it allows the
chemical to act on the surface long enough to soften the dirt.
If the prespray is carried out
completely over the entire surface, no additional chemical will need to be used
in subsequent cleaning operations, but cleaning can be done using only clean
water. In this way, cleaning and rinsing are carried out at the same time,
saving time, detergent and water.
The machine equipped with
SMARTKIT is a single machine, easily transportable from place to place. The
operator does not need to use specific manual or electrical devices.
The waste of time due to the need
to frequently refill the portable devices normally used for prespray is
eliminated thanks to the great autonomy given by the machine's tank.
The operator can prespray very
quickly due to the high performance of the machine's spray pump.
By rinsing the carpet, any sticky
residue of the chemical is removed from the fibers,
avoiding a quick resoling of carpet. Carpet will re-soil as slowly as a new one.
With SMARTKIT, carpet rinsing
becomes very easy and does not require emptying the water tank and then
refilling it again only with clean water.
