By adding the patented SMARTKIT system to Elite-Battery, automatic dosing of the chemical, pre-spraying of the carpet with a concentrated solution, and rinsing of the carpet can be carried out.

The concentrated chemical is contained in a canister, while the machine tank contains only clean water. When the use of chemical is required, the machine automatically uses it in the optimal concentration, either during extraction cleaning or carpet pre-spray.

Using the special hose and gun, carpet prespray can be carried out by spraying a concentrated solution of chemical, which is left to act for a few minutes before extraction cleaning. The prolonged action of the chemical facilitates the removal of dirt from the fibers, enabling better cleaning results and speeding up subsequent cleaning operations.

During carpet extraction cleaning, the machine delivers a controlled concentration of product without requiring the operator to perform any dilution. This avoids incorrect concentrations and wastage of product.

With SMARTKIT, carpet rinsing can be carried out by simply turning a lever. The rinsing step is recommended to remove any sticky residue of chemical from the carpet fibers, which would otherwise cause rapid re-washing after washing. By rinsing the carpet at the end of the cleaning process, it will slowly resoil as it did when it was new.

If the prespray is carried out completely over the entire surface, no additional chemical will need to be used in subsequent cleaning operations, but extraction cleaning can be done using only clean water. In this way, cleaning and rinsing are carried out at the same time, saving time, detergent and water.

Using the machine with SMARTKIT in pre-spray mode, a sanitizing solution can be sprayed onto the carpet with the hand gun. The sprayed solution will act within minutes against bacteria and viruses. Alternatively, the outlet of the SMARTKIT can be connected to the spray manifold located under the machine. The carpet is sprayed and brushed by the machine, which moves forward without vacuuming. In this way, large areas can be treated in a short time (up to 1200 sq m/h).

In both cases, the SMARTKIT device performs automatic dosing of the sanitizing chemical, providing optimal concentration and avoiding waste.

Quick carpet sanitization can be carried out periodically on previously cleaned surfaces. Carpet cleaning and sanitizing can be carried out using the same machine.
