IdroFoamRinse FOOD 200 is an innovative
electrically powered
machine, patented by Santoemma, allowing to spray foam and rinse continuously, for a complete cleaning and sanitizing in food processing areas, such as: supermarkets, food factories, industrial kitchens.
The water used for foaming and rinsing
is directly taken from the water network, therefore the machine has an
unlimited autonomy.
The internal air-compressor allows to
produce foam with an optimal density. It is not necessary to connect the
machine to an external compressed air system. Rinsing is performed at an optimal pressure, suitable for small and medium-size rooms.
The cleaning process is carried out through three stages:
Spraying of foamon all the surfaces
Foam chemical action
Rinsing with clean water, at a controlled pressure
Using
optional devices, the same machine also allows a chemical to be nebulized to
quickly sanitize previously cleaned surfaces and environments.

Nebulization@100micron
The IdroFoamRinse FOOD models, equipped with a specific gun, are
able to nebulize the sanitizing chemical in the form of a liquid solution in 100
micron particles. With the nebulization at 100 micron the particles
deposit evenly on the surfaces wetting them slightly and after a few
minutes the particles evaporate, leaving the surfaces dry. In this way the chemical
is able to act for the necessary time to carry out its sanitizing action. This
is the ideal solution to quickly sanitize all washable surfaces.
Turbo-nebulization@50micron
The IdroFoamRinse FOOD machines are able to nebulize a sanitizing chemical through a specific hand gun for turbo-nebulization@50micron. This gun allows you to deliver
a mixture of air and very fine particles of pure sanitizing product with a diameter of only 50micron.
Their small size allows the particles to remain in suspension in the sanitizing air jet, which can reach points 4 meters away from the operator. By directing the jet appropriately, it can easily reach every point in the room and saturate small rooms quickly and evenly.
With turbo-nebulization@50micron, the particles wet surfaces very little, leaving them only slightly damp for a few minutes. In this way, the product is able to act for as long as it takes to perform its sanitizing action in all points.
Dryfog@7micron
Moreover, by adding a special Santoemma device, it is possible to deliver a sanitizing chemical
in the form of 7 micron dry fog. The dry fog is delivered for a time
sufficient to completely fill the rooms and then left to act for a few minutes
in order to exercise its sanitizing action. This type of dry fog allows you to
reach every point, without wetting the surfaces. The machine can be left
inside the room to be treated. Alternatively, you can leave the machine out of
the room, placing inside only the chemical tank.
IdroFoamRinse FOOD 200 is indicated for a complete cleaning and sanitizing of all the surfaces, including walls, refrigerator cells, work-tables, machinery and transport trolleys in food processing areas, such as:
Supermarkets, for food preparation areas (fish and meat processing) and storage areas (refrigerator cells).
Big manufacturing plants, for machinery, tooling and transport trolleys
Caterings and industrial kitchens, to clean rooms and food preparation areas.
Cleanrooms in food packaging factories and pharmaceutical factories.
Better cleaning and sanitising result: dense foam does not immediately fall onto the floor, but stays on the surfaces where it has been sprayed for some minutes. The foam prolonged action assures to make the most of the cleaning effect of the product, ensuring both cleaning and sanitising effect.
Visual effect of foam: foam covers in white all the surfaces where it is sprayed such as walls, sinks, fixtures. The operator can therefore check that every corner has been covered, thus allowing a complete action in every point.
Complete sanitizing action: Laboratory tests certify that using the machine in combination with specific chemicals, it is possible to kill 99,9% of bacteria.
Rinsing at a controlled pressure avoids that any particle is jumping on other surfaces and prevents the creation of a haze of water vapours, which would keep in suspension the micro-organisms for several minutes. These micro-organisms would fall again on the surfaces after rinsing, affecting the efficacy of the bactericide action.
Saving of time: while foam acts on the surfaces where it has already been sprayed, the operator is free to operate on other surfaces. Therefore, even a big room can be completely foamed in a short time and there is no idle time.
Detergent saving: the chemical is used without waste because it does not immediately fall onto the floor.
Reduced power consumption: the machine requires little electrical power and therefore it can be used in any place.
The machine has a contained size and it is easy to carry from place to place.
The machine can work with unlimited autonomy in foaming and rinsing, thanks to a continuous filling system that takes water directly from the water network.
Foam is generated by an internal compressor, therefore it is not necessary to connect the machine to an external compressed air system.
The control/regulation panel is handy and the controls are simple and intuitive.
Acting on the regulation panel it is possible to easily adjust the foam density.
The tank containing pure detergent is placed in a special compartment and the detergent is automatically sucked by the machine at the correct concentration.
All accessories for cleaning and finishing are placed on the machine, so they can be easily used and carried.
