IdroFoamRinse FOOD 400 is an innovative, electric-powered machine patented by Santoemma to spray compact foam and rinse continuously. Suitable for performing thorough cleaning and sanitization in food preparation areas, such as: supermarkets, food companies, industrial kitchens.

The water used for foaming and rinsing is taken directly from the water supply, so the machine has unlimited autonomy. Pure detergent is contained in a separate tank and is automatically used by the machine in appropriate amounts.

The internal compressor allows the foam to be produced with optimal density. There is no need to connect the machine to an external compressed air system. Rinsing is carried out at an optimal pressure, which allows residual foam and dirt to be quickly removed.

The cleaning process is carried out through three stages:

Spraying of foam on all the surfaces
Cleaning and sanitizing chemical action
Rinsing with clean water, at a controlled pressure

Using optional devices, the same machine also allows a chemical to be nebulized to quickly sanitize previously cleaned surfaces and environments.

a) Nebulization@100micron

The IdroFoamRinse FOOD models, equipped with a specific gun, are able to nebulize the sanitizing chemical in the form of a liquid solution in 100 micron particles. With the nebulization at 100 micron the particles deposit evenly on the surfaces wetting them slightly and after a few minutes the particles evaporate, leaving the surfaces dry. In this way the chemical is able to act for the necessary time to carry out its sanitizing action. This is the ideal solution to quickly sanitize all washable surfaces.

b) Turbo-Nebulization@50micron

By using a specific handgun for turbo-nebulization@50micron it is also possible to deliver a mixture of air and very fine particles of pure sanitizing product with a diameter of only 50micron. Their small size allows the particles to remain in suspension in the sanitizing air jet, which can reach points 4 meters away from the operator. By directing the jet appropriately, it can easily reach every point in the room and saturate small rooms quickly and evenly.

With turbo-nebulization@50micron, the particles wet surfaces very little, leaving them only slightly damp for a few minutes. In this way, the product is able to act for as long as it takes to perform its sanitizing action in all points.

c) Dry fog@7micron

Moreover, by adding a special Santoemma device, it is possible to deliver a sanitizing chemical in the form of 7-micron dry fog. The dry fog is delivered for a time sufficient to completely fill the rooms and then left to act for a few minutes to exercise its sanitizing action. This type of dry fog allows you to reach every point, without wetting the surfaces. The machine can be left inside the room to be treated. Alternatively, you can leave the machine out of the room, placing inside only the chemical tank.

IdroFoamRinse FOOD 400is indicated for a complete cleaning and sanitizing of all the surfaces, including walls, refrigerator cells, work-tables, machinery and transport trolleys in food processing areas, such as:

Supermarkets, for food preparation areas (fish and meat processing) and storage areas (refrigerator cells).

Medium-sized food companiesthat produce and package food (meat, meats, fish, milk/cheese, vegetables), slaughterhouses and dairies.
Large food companies, for cleaning machines, equipment and transport carts.
Catering companies and industrial kitchens, for cleaning rooms and food preparation areas.

Better cleaning and sanitising result:the foam does not fall on the floor immediately, but remains for several minutes on the surfaces where it was sprayed. This ensures both cleaning and sanitizing action. Laboratory tests certify that using the machine with specific products can kill 99.9% of bacteria.
Visual effect of foam:the foam covers all surfaces where it has been sprayed with white. The operator can then verify that every corner has been covered, for complete action at every point.
By rinsing at a controlled pressure, the removed particles are prevented from bouncing off other surfaces and forming water vapor clouds in the environment, which would keep the micro-organisms in suspension for many minutes. Such micro-organisms would only settle back on the surfaces after rinsing, invalidating the completeness of the bactericidal action.
This system, more comfortable and hygienic, gives a greater fulfilment to the worker.
Saving of time: while foam acts on the surfaces where it has already been sprayed, the operator is free to operate on other surfaces. Therefore, even a big room can be completely foamed in a short time and there is no idle time.
Detergent saving: the chemical is used without waste because it does not immediately fall onto the floor.
Reduced power consumption: the machine requires little electrical power and therefore it can be used in any place.

The machine has a contained size, and it is easy to carry from place to place.
The machine can work with unlimited autonomy in foaming and rinsing, thanks to a continuous filling system that takes water directly from the water network.
Foam is generated by an internal compressor; therefore, it is not necessary to connect the machine to an external compressed air system.
The control/regulation panel is handy, and the controls are simple and intuitive.
Switching from foaming to rinsing is very easy, rotating the proper levers situated on the control panel.
The tank containing pure detergent is placed in a special compartment and the detergent is automatically sucked by the machine in the correct quantity.
All the accessories for cleaning and for finishing are placed on the machine, so they can be easily used and carried.
